Operators

All of our operatives are trained to NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association) standards, this is the benchmark for all carpet and upholstery cleaners in England and the only recognised independent governing body.

Our operatives are trained to identify what fibres, fabric, dyes, finishing agents, etc have been used to make your carpet and to identify stains and what chemical solutions will be required to achieve the best possible results (please remember, we are not giving a guarantee that every stain will come out of every carpet, simply that we will achieve best result possible. Some stains are just un-removable)

Our operatives generally work in pairs so that we can move any furniture required without dragging it around and possibly damaging it or the carpet underneath it.
Our operatives will be wearing Spotless Carpets Ltd work uniforms and will be courteous and polite at all times.

Our ongoing training ensures that all of our carpet and upholstery cleaning operatives are kept up to date on cleaning methods, the latest machinery and techniques available and any new developments within the cleaning industry.
